We bring to you the heartbreaking story of Master Abuzar, a brave 3-year-old boy from Loni, Ghaziabad, who has been battling Paravertebral Neuroblastoma — a rare and life-threatening form of cancer — since birth.

Abuzar’s parents have spent the past three years doing everything possible to save their son. His father, who drives a rented rickshaw to earn a modest income, has been forced to stop working frequently so he can stay by Abuzar’s side. His mother, a homemaker caring for an infant sibling, struggles to manage the household and care for Abuzar at the same time.
When our team met the family, their pain was overwhelming. With tears in their eyes, they shared how they have exhausted every possible option — selling their few valuables, borrowing from relatives, and sacrificing their own comfort — just to keep Abuzar’s treatment going. Now, they have reached a point where they can no longer afford the critical medical care their son needs.
