Life Care Welfare Trust has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Life Care Welfare Trust expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Life Care Welfare Trust also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. Life Care Welfare Trust will examine request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. Life Care Welfare Trust may also seek proper explanation and reason from the user. Also, it will require further verification of the user and need documents of proof as well as for donation.
Life Care Welfare Trust offers a refund policy to the donors only in case there has been an error/technical reason for the transfer due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or donated extra amount. We will be happy to refund the donation provided the donor informs Life Care Welfare Trust via email/letter and claim his/her refund within 3 working days from the date of donation and can expect to receive the refund within 15 to 20 days from the request date of return. The information regarding the refund will be notified via email/letter with the complete details. The refund will be made by cheque on the name of the donating party only.
