"Meet Priyal, a bright young girl residing in a Paschim Puri slum quarter with her grandparents. Despite facing immense hardships, Priyal exudes positivity with a smile that lights up the room. Currently in the 10th grade, her journey has been marked by challenges that would daunt even the strongest of spirits.
Born into adversity, Priyal and her twin brother, Prakshit, experienced the heartbreak of their parents' separation at a tender age. Raised by their father and grandparents, they found solace in family despite the absence of a complete household. However, tragedy struck once more in 2022 when they lost their father in a devastating accident, leaving them solely in the care of their aging grandparents.
Priyal's grandmother, Mrs. Vidya Devi, bravely reached out to Life Care Welfare Trust seeking assistance in their time of need. With her husband's meager pension often squandered on alcohol, Mrs. Vidya Devi struggles to make ends meet, let alone provide for the education and future aspirations of Priyal and Prakshit.
